She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie W. Bell and Ruby Leland Bell; and her brother Tommy Bell. She is survived by: her daughter Patty Shelton of South Fulton; her boyfriend Howard Brown of South Fulton; and her siblings, Harold Bell (Frances) of Union City and Cathy Conn (Charlie) of Union City.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the White-Ranson Funeral Home (212 W Washington Ave, Union City, TN 38281). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Haynes Memorial Garden.
