She is survived by : her husband John Earl Smith; her children, Curtis Wooten (Rachel), Jackie Wooten (Tiffany), Joey Price, Vickie Davis, Vanessa Williams and Jonathan Howell; her grandson Matthew Wooten; and her sister Angela Johnson (Jessie). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Corner Stone Funeral Chapel (40 Cornerstone Dr, Ider, AL 35981). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Amazing Grace Church of God (234 Co Rd 85, Stevenson, AL 35772).
