She was predeceased by : her parents, James W. Walker and Laura Elizabeth Walker; her sisters, Evelyn Herd, Jimmie Ann Hayes and Faye Walker; and her son Donald Bradley Jr. M. D..

She is survived by : her daughters, Laura B. Cada and Deborah B. Stark; her grandchildren, Jon B. Stark, Jim M. Stark, Jacqueline R. Stark, Chad E. Cada, Tina Harper, Andrew Bradley, Kelly Poston and Katie Bradley; her great grandchildren, Anthony Cada, Ellington Castillo, Brody Stark, Luke Stark, Troy Cada, Ronan Stark, Richard Harding III, Seph Poston, Lydia Stark, Soloman Stark, Isbella Cada, Donald H. Bradley III and Samuel Bradley; and her sons-in-law, Edward Cada and Thomas Pickett.
