He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Blaylock and Vernell Fish Blaylock; his daughter Tammy Michelle Blaylock Blanton; his grandson Chase Davis; and his siblings, Clarence L. Blaylock, Linda L. Blaylock and Julia Ann Blaylock Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Parks Blaylock; his sons, Jackie Lee Blaylock and Jason Claude Blaylock; his grandchildren, Brttany Mott, Stephanie Mott, Tiffany Mott, Chelsey Batson (Jared), Brianna Rusche (Kyle) and Brandon Blaylock; and his sister Betty Sue Bray.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Oak Lawn Funeral Home (1786 Smithville Hwy, Sparta, TN 38583). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
