He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Papke and Hilda Papke. He is survived by: his daughter Gabrielle Higgins (John) of Florence, KY; his sister Phyllis Jensen (Richard) of Sparta, TN; his grandchildren, Shane, Hunter, Valerie and Kelsie Higgins; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Leo.
