She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Measles and Pearl Maynard Measles; her husband James Lloyd Sparkman; and her siblings, Burrell of Clyde, A. C., Jim Measles, Billie Ruth Martin and Jenny Rhea Davis.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Earl Sparkman; and her brother-in-law Earl Davis. She is also survived by two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren five nieces, eight nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Spencer Town Cemetery Trust Fund for continued upkeep of the cemetery.
