He is survived by : his wife Katelyn Myers of Spencer; his children, Gracie Myers, Bradley Myers and Landon Pack; his granddaughter Dixie Myers; his mother Dollie Myers of Pikeville; and his siblings, Dana Groh (Tony) of Calhoun, GA and James Kirk Summers (Lois) of Pikeville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
