He is survived by : his sons, Derrick Gene Sullivan Sr. and Eddie Dean Sullivan Jr.; his brother Aaron Sullivan; his grandsons, Derrick Gene Sullivan Jr., Trey Sullivan and Dillion Jones; his great grandchildren, Waylon Scout Sullivan and Alice Sullivan; his uncle Leaton Sullivan; his nephews, Jeffrey Hayes, Joseph Sullivan and Timothy Sullivan; and his daughter-in-law Jacqueline Sullivan.
