It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Dianne Powers of Spring City, Tennessee, who passed away on January 10, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aurthur Woody and Anna Maude Knox Woody; her daughter Telissa Stines; and her grandson Johnny Locke. She is survived by: her children, Debra "Debbie" Ramirez (Floriberto Vasquez) of Dayton, TN. and Robert Morris (Michael Shadwick) of Chattanooga, TN.; her grandchildren, Chelcse Clark (Shane), Marissa "Shanea" Locke (Dennis Bass), Thomas "Tommy" Stines (Becca), Richard "Bobo" Stines Jr. and Francisco "Pancho" Ramirez; her great grandchildren, Dixie Clark, Shantay Clark, Tatiana Clark, Sarah Mendez, Brantley "Tater" Clark, Shane Clark and Carson Stines; and her sister Wanda "Sissy" Lewis. She is also survived by her kids, grandkids and her sister.
