She was predeceased by: her parents, Buck Hicks and Annie Hicks; and her son James Reece "Jamie" Martin. She is survived by: her son Robert "Chip" Martin (Annette); her granddaughters, Allison Martin and Jessica Martin; and her sister Gale H. Jones.
