He was predeceased by: his parents, John Conley and Margaret Conley. He is survived by: his wife Susan Conley; his children, Deborah Shrum (James), Dennis Matthew Conley (Michelle) and Jennifer Conley; his sister Maureen Conley; his grandchildren, Balin, Jorryn, Kyralynn, Caellum, Calliah and Kyleen; and his great grandchild Jace. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
