He was predeceased by: his parent Al Maize; and his wife Lisa Maize. He is survived by: his parent Delores Ely Maize; his children, Jason Maize (Erin) of Cincinnati, OH, Toni Pagan of Unionville, TN and Michael Maize (Jennifer) of Cincinatti, OH; his stepdaughters, Amy Beswick (Brent) of Virginia and Hayley McDonough of Virginia; his siblings, Ron Maize (Toni) of Michigan, Lonnie Maize (Carol) of Michigan, Paul Maize (Cher) of Florida and Patty Maize of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Jaxson Pagan, Emilee Maize, Matthew Maize and Tucker Beswick.
