He is survived by: his wife Judy Johnson Crutcher of Lewisburg, TN; his children, Thomas Shane Crutcher (Janet Lee) of Gallatin, TN, Charles David Crutcher (Lana) of Lewisburg, TN and Shannon Crutcher Mitchell of Lewisburg, TN; and his sisters, Ruth Crutcher Veach of Spring Hill, TN and Reba Crutcher Butler of Spring Hill, TN. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
