He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carey and Celene Simmons Carey. He is survived by: his great-uncle Norman; his great-aunt Modine Summers; his wife Diane Carey; his son Greg Carey (Jennifer) of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; his stepdaughter Marion Ingram (Hunter) of Franklin, Tennessee.; and his grandchildren, Isla and Emerson Ingram.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home & Cremation Services (5239 Main St, Spring Hill, TN 37174). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to Wellspring Christian Church in his memory.
