He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Dr. Ralph A., Genevieve Forsythe (Gellatly) of Littleton, Colorado, James and Lorraine Reid (Rado) of Hulett, Wyoming; his uncle Benjamin; and his aunt Marla Leiker (Forsythe) of Littleton, Colorado..
He is survived by : his parents, John A. Forsythe of Scottsbluff and Cheryl A. Goodwill (Reid) of Cody, Wyoming; his sisters, Lisa M. (George Martin) of Spring Hill, Tennessee and Lauri A. (Mick Johnson) of Kearney, Nebraska; and his nieces and nephews, McKenna Mendoza, Emma Johnson, Olivia Martin, Matthew J. and Reid J. Fuhrman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
