She was predeceased by: her daughter Sandra Ward Purtle; her siblings, Ervin Madlock, Earl Madlock, Claude Madlock, Calvin Madlock, Charlie Madlock, Lige Madlock, Fannie Askew, Myrtle Marlar and Maudie Provost; her grandson Brent Malardier; and her great grandchild Tyler Purtle.
She is survived by: her son Paul Malardier (Shawnda) of Spring Hill; her brother George E. Madlock, Jr.; her wife Nancy of Pine Bluff; her sister Viola Laha of The Woodlands; her grandchildren, Brandon Malardier, Colonel Nathan Purtle, Leslie Irons, Kyler Clardy, Hannah Henderson and Drew Henderson; and her nieces, Shirley Hinton and Lois McGough. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, other relatives and friends.
