He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Toon and Lillie Ruth Toon; his brother Forrest Lynn Toon; and his nephew Michael Ray Toon. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Billy Joe Toon of Springfield, Jason Lynn Toon of Springfield, April Rittenberry (Michael) of Springfield and Kimberly Bolton of Millersville.
