She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Barlow and Evelyn Day Barlow; her husband James W. "J. W."; her son-in-law John Burnett; her siblings, Mary Jackson, Zelma Barlow, JT Barlow and Bill Barlow; and her siblings-in-law, Jarutha Waymire, Artie Jackson, Tom Stanford, Joe Pinson, Wallace Parker and Paul Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Burnett of Paris and David Smith of Springville; her grandchildren, Kayla Burnett, Jay Burnett and David Smith, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Hadlee Wall and Greyson Wall; her sister Bess Sanford of Williston, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Nelda Pinson of Paris, Ruthie Parker of Paris and Arthur Waymire of Byhalia, MS. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
