He is survived by: his mother Ernestine Clendenin Mann; his children, Teresa Kibbler (Randy) of Paris, TN and Anthony Baker (Jamie) of Paris, TN; his siblings, Vicki Gibson (Johnny) of Springville, TN and Mark Mann (Delia) of Ambler, PA; and his grandchildren, Tara Parker (Rusty), Brandon Kibbler (Kristen), Travis Kibbler, Alyssa Barker, Haley Barker, Kaitlyn Barker, Ashley Watts (Ben) and Russell Barker. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
