She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Hayes; her son Jimmy Carraway; her great grandchild Grayson Holt Taylor; and her parents, Joseph Theodore Holt and Georgia Lee Gifford Holt.

She is survived by: her children, Danny Taylor of New Concord, KY and Mary Dell McClellan Hakkila of Moorehead City, NC; her grandchildren, Joseph Garrison Taylor and Rachel Daniel Land; and her great grandchildren, Joseph Preston Taylor, Justin Aaron Hayes, Daniel Stone Taylor, Brett Austin Taylor and Maggie Claire Criner.
