He is survived by: his wife Mary Chadwick; his children, Jennifer Talbott (Seth) and Adam Chadwick (Katrina Harmon); his grandchildren, Anna Talbott, Andy Talbott, Eric Talbott, Michael Talbott and Jimmy Talbott; his mother Mildred Chadwick; his siblings, Robert Chadwick, Marie Goodnight, Brenda Chadwick and Martha; and his brother-in-law Bill Townsend. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
