She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wilhite and Gertie Wilhite; and her daughter Lisa Kaye. She is survived by: her husband James Sherrod; her children, Karen Collier (Ron) and Jamie Sherrod; her grandchildren, Cruze (Sharlene), Courtlyn, Cierra and Lucas; her niece Vonette; and her cousin Judy McCaleb. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and good friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lyons Creek Baptist Church (9235 Strawberry Plains Pike, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
