She is survived by: her daughter Brenda; her son-in-law John Alvanos; her son Bobby; her daughter-in-law Kelly Kimball; her grandchildren, Christina, Simone, Michelle, Brent, Julie, Sydney, Cole and Bailey; her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Luke, Everett, Brady, River, Kendrick, Tate, Kendall and Mason; and her cousin Barbara Blankenship.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carter Library Branch in Mary Lou's honor.
