Robert L. Hux Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert L. Hux of Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, who passed away on November 17, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Hux and Cleda Hux; his sister Joanne Howard (Hux); and his granddaughter Tiffany Eldridge (Lockhart). He is survived by: his wife Jewell Hux (Brooks); his daughters, Debbie Berry (Bob), Patti Lockhart (David) and Paula Hux; his grandchildren, Kevin Eldridge (Tiffany), Tyler Farrar (Lasha), Casey Green (Daniel) and Taylor Farrar (Cassie); his great grandchildren, Ilee, Avery Eldridge, Keegan and Braxton Green; and his nephew Tony Howard (Beth).
In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending the service, Farrar Funeral Home strongly encourages all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of face masks.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to Cards for Christ Ministry at First Baptist Church or TCSC Thompson Cares.
