He is survived by: his children, Joseph Fields (Christie) and Kaye Parker (Rob); his brother George Fields; his grandchildren, Alisha Fields, Daniel Blake Cannon, Morgan Cannon Edenfield, Jerricka Fields and Shane Smith; his great grandchildren, Kayla Bailey, Brody Edenfield, Kayden Crowe, Jake Smith, Maelee Crowe, Leah Smith and Walker Webb; and also Emily Sue Finchum.
