He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Urbin and Anna Theresa Kelly Rail; and his former wife LaVerne Rail. He is survived by: his wife Ann Rail; his son Timothy Rail (Patricia); his stepchildren, Tara Brown (Tim) and Steven Meece; his grandsons, Nathan Rail (Ashley) of Summertown, TN and Jeremy Rail (Brandy); his stepgranddaughter Anne Walker Daniels; and his great grandchildren, Ava Rail, Nat Rail and Casen Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
