She is survived by: her husband Donald "Don" Koons of Summertown, TN; her children, Virgil Holt Luna, Jr. of Lawrence County, TN, Clifford Eugene Luna of Lawrence County, TN, Sharmon Marie Bethlee Hardiman of Lawrence County, TN and Karen Bivens of Lawrence County, TN; her stepson Donnie Koons of Lawrence County, TN; her siblings, Edith Marie Hill of Lawrence County, TN, Sue Luna of Lawrence County, TN, Rosie Whitehead of Lawrence County, TN, Eugene Matlock of Chicago, IL and Clifford Ray Lemay of Culleoka, TN; and her grandchildren, Lily Ann Luna, Thea Rose Luna, Myla Cheyenne Luna and Cordell Holt Luna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
