She is survived by: her husband William Albert Foster; her daughter Cynthia Foster Bailey; her grandchildren, Bryan Hadley, Megan Foster and Michael Bailey; her great grandchild Dylan Foster; her sister Wanda Chamber (Jerry); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Foster. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
