He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John William O'Neal and Ida Mary O'neal (Spears); his wife Annie Fay O'Neal of Summertown; his children, William Michael "Bill" O'Neal of Holladay, TN, Ann Warren of Summertown and Penny Boshers (Jereomy) of Summertown; his grandchildren, Courtney Cox (Haggard), Matthew Isbell, Kayla O'Neal, Ian Warren, Justin Boshers and Ricky Boshers; and his sister NIna Buie. He was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren.

The family asks that if you wish to make a donation in memory of Mr. O'neal that you would do so to offset final expenses.
