He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Mauk and Grace Mauk; his sisters, Linda Sue Branch, Bobbie Jo Mauk and Betty Alley; and his wife Deloris Mauk.
He is survived by: his son Scott Mauk (Missy); his granddaughter Alexis Mauk Nelson (Cole); his stepdaughter Nikki Lockhart (Bobby); his grandchildren, Nicholas Lockhart and Christian Lockhart; his sibling's children, Betty Lynn Fletcher, Freda Morgan, Nancy Bowers, Sara Elizabeth Branch, John Paul Branch and Arletha Moffit; Jeff Alley (Alison), David Alley-Byrd, DeAnna Parrigan, Lindsey Thompson, Alicia Phillips and Ryan Alley.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Armstrong Family Cemetery (217 Amis Chapel Rd, Surgoinsville, TN 37873). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Armstrong Cemetery (217 Amis Chapel Rd, Surgoinsville, TN 37873).
