She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia "Bobbie" Keirsey and Charles Keirsey. She is survived by: her daughters, DaRonda Patterson (James) and JaLana Clingan (Terry); her granddaughter Jessika Birchfield (Joey); her great grandchild Vince Birchfield; and also, Ron, Jean Keirsey, Sherry Tolbert and Virginia Hammond.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Providence Presbyterian Church (272 Stoney Point Rd, Surgoinsville, TN 37873). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Phyllis' family requests donations in her name to First United Methodist Church of Surgoinsville.
