She was predeceased by: her parents, Sallie Byington and Brady Richards; her siblings, Brady Richards Jr., Jim Richards and Virginia Skelton; and her great grandchildren, Addilyn Grace Mulkey and Bradley James Mulkey.
She is survived by: her husband Sherman Lee Mulkey; her son Bradley Mulkey; her grandchildren, Kirstin Mulkey, Eiron Mulkey, Brianna Davidson, Hannah Mulkey, Ryan Bugg and Bayleigh Mulkey; and her sisters, Mary Syverson and Carrie McKeehan. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home (320 Grandview St, Church Hill, TN 37642). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery.
