She is survived by: her husband Douglas Rice; her children, Matthew Owings (Brandy), Jessica Owings and Tiffany Hall (Zachari); her grandchildren, Alexis Owings, Ethan Estepp, Noah Owings, Alayna Owings, Christopher Owings, Hayden and Ellie Hall; her siblings, Brenda White Bradshaw (Larry), Paul "Yogi" White (Phyllis) and Charles William White, Jr. (Christy); and her uncle Paul Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
