It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Hazelwood of Talbott, Tennessee, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Mary Hazelwood and Lee Ray Wolfe. He is survived by: his pet Mustangs; his wife Alisha Hazelwood; his daughters, Kaylee Hazelwood and Mary Faith Hazelwood; his stepdaughters, Taylor Schubert and Madison Schubert; his parents, Ralph "Brushi" and Brenda Hazelwood; his grandchild Foster Anthony Lenz; his brother Mark Hazelwood (Mary); his grandmother Virginia Wolfe; his sibling's children, Josh Hazelwood (MaKayla) and Caroline Hazelwood; and his close friend Marie. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
