She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Smith; her son Steve Mantooth; and her parents, Ott Brady and Urah Brady. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Hulet (Tom), Mike Mantooth, Pam Hill (Hugh), Chuck Gentry and Lesa Harrell (Larry); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Collins (Ben), Gabe, Nora Hill, Libby Harrell, Mitchell Gentry, Keri and Michael Mantooth. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be sent in Mom's memory to Trinity Hills, 4611 Asheville Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37914 for the care of Alzheimer's patients.
