He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Moore (James) and Tifford Rogers; his wife Debbie Rogers; his children, Jimmy Rogers (Ann) of Bean and Heather (Billy Flanary) of Jonesborough; his sisters, Kathy Rogers Davis and Shelia Russell of Morristown; his grandchildren, Emelia and Isabella Flanary; his friends, Johnny, Georgia Greene and Ruth Ann; Emelia, Isabella Flanary and Heather Flanary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends.
