He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Nancy, Bill and Ethel Miracle; his aunts and uncles, Johnny Smith, Junior Miracle, Janice Daniels, Billie Green, Marlene Miracle and Patsy Ford; and his mother-in-law Debra Burns.

He is survived by : his wife Dakota Martin Smith; his son Timmy Lee Smith; his parents, J. D. Smith and Vickie Smith; his siblings, Billy Smith (April Fortner Smith) and Diane Bishop (Danny); his aunts, Phyllis Webb and Donna Roberts (Bobby); his uncle William Smith; his father-in-law Tommy Martin; and his siblings-in-law, Ashley Carver and Travis Martin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
