She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Collins and Jessie Jones of Pineville, KY.; and her daughter Jillian Miracle (Hilliker) of Tazewell, TN.. She is survived by : her husband Robert Hilliker of Tazewell, TN.; her son Dustin (Michelle Keck); her grandchildren, Cameron Keck, Jeremiah Keck, Jackson Keck, Annabella Keck and Elisha Fox; and her siblings, Jill Jarvis, Carolyn Lester, Jewell Collier, Wanda Slusher, Bernadine McDougal, Philip Jones, Herbert Collins and Hubert Collins.
