She was predeceased by : her parents, Clayton Loop and Pansey Loop of New Tazewell; and her brothers, Dwight and Lynn Loop of New Tazewell. She is survived by : her husband Homer Lovin of Tazewell; her sons, Delynn (Jennifer), Dewayne Lovin and Tracy Cosby of Tazewell; and her grandchildren, James, Anna and Kylie Lovin Of Tazewell. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
