She was predeceased by : her husband Lewis E. Fields; and her parents, Alonzo Lyke and Flora Lyke of Fonde. She is survived by : her daughters, Anna, Darlene (Kenny Holloway), Susan (Tim Johnson) and Stephanie Fields of Tazewell, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Tania Holloway of Surprise, Adam Holloway of Bowling Green, Jennifer, Morgan Lay of Jellico, Ashley Brock of Clairfield, Joseph and Samantha Johnson of Richmond, Kentucky.; and her great grandchildren, Savannah, Sophia, Madelyn, Katherine, Presley, Kinley, Chayah, Phoenix and Atlas.
