He is survived by : his son Justin Collins (Winona McCune) of Tazewell; and his sisters, Mary Kirk of Whitwell, Irene Winstead of Mooresburg, Wanda Raby of Harrogate, Sallie Cotter of Morristown, Deanna McDaniel of Sneedville Ex and Shona Collins of Harrogate.
