She is survived by : her mother Elizabeth Lemons of Alanthus Hill; her sons, Aaron Goins (Erica) of Mooresburg and Dustin "Poppy" Goins (Taylor Cupp) of Tazewell; her grandson Wyatt; her brother Jason Lemons (Jennifer) of Alanthus Hill; her sister-in-law Glenda Lemons of Mulberry Gap; her nephews, Shawn Lemons of Mulberry Gap and Michael Lemons of Alanthus Hill; her niece Alyssa Lemons of Alanthus Hill; and her great-niece Anna.
