Thacker and Joyce Thacker; his stepmother Maggie Bryant Thacker; his stepson James Warf; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Thacker and Catherine Thacker.

He is survived by : his siblings, June Blandin (Richard Blandin) and Don Thacker (Naomi Thacker); and his sister-in-law Brenda Thacker. He is also survived by several other step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
