With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Newby of Tazewell, Tennessee, who passed away on April 20, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Shelby Newby; her father Glenn Fultz; and her grandmother Caylor Fultz. She is survived by : her daughter Evelyn Newby; her siblings, Delmer, Wayne, David, Sam, Madge, Bernice and Jean; her son Jay Newby; her grandchildren, Tammy, Adrian Daniels, Doug, Debbie Newby, Leann and Jody Lambert; and her great grandchildren, Katie, Savanah Newby, Mikayla, Hunter Moore, Braxton, Peyton, Lily and Gabriel Daniels.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Irish Memorial Gardens.
