It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary E Hurst of Tazewell, Tennessee, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Sylvia Ellison and Brady Ellison; and her brothers, Harley Ellison, Arlen Ellison and Willie Ellison.

She is survived by : her children, Chris Hodge (Marty) and Allen Scarlett (Lois Ann); her sisters, Jewell Daniels and Julie Brown; and her grandchildren, Adam Daniels, Alisha Daniels, Angelica England, Boston Scarlett and Tessa Hodge. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
