We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2020, at the age of 68, Vicky Ramsey of Tazewell, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Lon Henry Ramsey; her parents, Ulys Partin and Beatrice Partin of Frakes, KY; and her siblings, Warren, Michael Partin, Gloria Partin, Ruthann Adams and Labecca Partin.
She is survived by : her children, Chris Bishop (Debra), Suzette Butcher (Scott) of Tazewell, TN, Reba Ramsey of New Tazewell, TN and Lillian Lackey of Roseville, MI.; her grandchildren, Breanna Butcher, Christa, Nathan Caldwell, Crystal Singleton, Travis Irwin, Joseph, Angelica England of Tazewell, TN, Johnathan and Nikki England of New Tazewell, TN.; her siblings, Lucy Partin, Teresa Eldridge, Linda Jennings, Carl, Wayne and Roger Partin; and her niece Kimberly Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted at Cawood Funeral Home of Middlesboro, KY or by Reba Ramsey to help with funeral expenses.
