She is survived by : her brother Wayne Brooks; her husband Sam Whitaker; her children, Keven Fultz (Candi) and Steven Fultz (Mary Ann); her stepsons, Blake Whitaker (Kristin), Matthew Fultz (Angel Rouse) and Madelynn Fultz; her stepgrandchildren, Sebastian Brown, Isaac Brown, Samantha Annagail and Hazel Whitaker; and her sister Sylvia Evans.
