He was predeceased by : his parents, Wiley Paul and Maude Jarrett Barnett; and his siblings, Margie Lou Francis, Shirley Barnett, Wiley Paul Morten, Jr., Teddy Dean Barnett, Bobby Jack Barnett and Lloyd Dean Barnett.
He is survived by : his wife Nancy Ann Mashburn Barnett; his children, Michelle Draper (Mike) of Telford, Leslie Stout (Jess) of Jonesborough and Harvey "Andy" Barnett (Rebecca) of Telford; his grandchildren, Andora "Nikki" Barnett, Elizabeth Fox (Logan) of Ohio, Joseph Draper, Corporal Jess Stout Jr. (Marines), Azaria Barnett, Zane Barnett of Telford and Haley Stout of Jonesborough; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Trysten, Kyren, Braeden, Apollo and Roman; his siblings, Dallas Barnett (Nancy) and Jean McGee; and his siblings-in-law, Anita Barnett, Effie Barnett, Don Mashburn and John Mashburn (Diana). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
