He was predeceased by : his parents, Ordray "Bingham" and Dorothy Baldwin Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Taylor Lewis; his children, Stephen Lewis (Carrie) of Limestone and Kelly Lemmons (John) of New Market; his grandchildren, Carter Lewis, Eli Lewis, Samuel Lemmons and Rachel Lemmons; his sisters, Jane Bailey (Donnie) and Judy Archer (Joe); and his sister-in-law Rebecca Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
