She is survived by: her children, Linda (Rex "Peanut" Collins), Nancy (Dale Rushing), Richard (Julie Bohata) and Jeff Bohata of Marion, IN; her daughter-in-law Kristina Bohata Fort Wayne; her brother Jimmy Sullivan of Richland, MS; her grandchildren, Chelsey Collins, Reagan Collins Ambler (Brink), Ricky Bohata, Josh Rushing and Colleen; her great grandchildren, Miller Ambler, Mira Belle Ambler, Kiara Rushing, Faith Kayla and Archer Rushing; her sibling's children, Karen (Michael Warren) and Jamie (Mandie Sullivan); and her close friend Mary Grant.
